The Itinerary
FRIDAY - DAY ONE
Assemble at Fayrewood Pub, where the executive coach will depart at
0830 and transfer the tourers across England into Wales and onto Pembroke
Ferry Port. On arrival board the Irish Ferries crossing to Dublin.
On arrival into Dublin, continue onto our centrally located accommodation
where we will be accommodated for the next 3 nights on a Bed and Irish
Breakfast basis.
We will arrive early evening, with time to explore our surroundings
in Ireland's friendliest and most drunken city.
SATURDAY - DAY TWO
After shaking off the first nights hangover, and eaten a solid Irish
breakfast, we will be free for the morning to do some sightseeing, prior
to transferring by coach to our first fixture during the afternoon.
After the game we will enjoy post match hospitality before returning
to our accommodation and the 2nd night out.
SUNDAY - DAY THREE
After waking late morning, still drunk we will be transferred to our
2nd shoeing of the weekend, where we will all take the field pissed, lose
by 50 points, and then drink shed loads of Guinness with our hosts. We
will then return to Dublin for another night's Craic.
MONDAY - DAY FOUR
For those that have survived this far, the morning will be free to
explore Dublin further, and we will return to the ferry port for an afternoon
crossing back to Wales and then carry on home to merry merry Verwood where
we will convene at the pub for the farewell pint before returning to our
homes and the 3rd shoeing of the weekend from our unimpressed girlfriends/wives/pet
dogs.
Fund Raising
RFU Grand Raffle
Great prizes. £1 a ticket in books of 5. We keep 75p for each
ticket sold! The aim is to raise a £1000 via this which is each member
selling only 6 books. The first 20 to sign up for the tour and pay their
£50 deposit stand the chance of this cost being refunded in full
if the Raffle tickets sell well. Andy Hoggins will distribute these in
the next couple of weeks. See RFU
Grand Draw

Return Ferry crossing from Pembroke to Dublin.
3 nights B&B accommodation in shared rooms.
Organisation of 2 appropriate fixtures with local teams.
