British Lions Tour to Australia 2001
 

The Lions lost the Test Series 2-1 and lost only one of the mid-week games.

There were a total of 10 matches - including the three Tests against the Wallabies
The Lions left on June 2 and  played 6 matches before the first Test at the Gabba in Brisbane on 30 June. The second test was on July 7 in Melbourne.

The Lions then had a week off before the final Test at Sydney's Stadium Australia on 14 July.
The Lions manager was Donal Lenihan, tour coach is Graham Henry and the Lion's Captain was Martin Johnson.
