Practice matches for all teams take place on Thursday 19th May on the Rugby Pitch at Potterne Park commencing 7pm.

Format

Teams consisted of  10 players each, 2 of whom must be female or juniors, with only 6 players on the field of play
at any one the field at one time one of whom must be female or a junior.
Unlimited substitution can be made at any time.
Playing time will be two 15 minute halves with two matches each evening.
The playing area will be across the half of the normal pitch.

Official Game Rules were issued to Team Managers but please note the following:


 














Players are required to play the game in good spirit and the following is unacceptable conduct which could result in exclusion of a player from a match:
 


 
 

 * continual breaches of the rules;
 * swearing;
 * backchatting referees or other match officials;
 * bad sporting behaviour;
 * using physical force in making a touch;
 * tripping;
 * any other action which is not in the spirit of the game.
